Who we are lookiong for: 

Fully fluent, Billingual individuals who are technically savvy, eager to learn new technology and carry themselves in a professional manner. Realiable team players that are comfortable speaking in front of a large (virtual) audience.  

Experience Required:

Experience with Communication Technology including Chat, Email, Social Media, Office Phones and Video Conferencing is required. Previous experience as a Contact Center Agent or Customer Service Representative is a big plus.
